Returns and refunds

You have a legal period of 14 days from receipt in which to withdraw (art. L.221-18 of the French Consumer Code). COMOCLO goes further: we give you 30 days, and we cover the return costs.

• Item unworn, unwashed, unused
• Original tags still attached
• Original packaging
• Proof of purchase

How to make a return

Contact us at contact@comocloshop.com or on 09 70 70 79 42 with your order number. We will send you a prepaid return label and the instructions. Return address: COMOCLO — 173 rue de Courcelles, 75017 Paris, France.

Return costs

Return costs are covered by us throughout the European Union, thanks to the prepaid label we send you.

Refunds

Once your return has been received and inspected, we will notify you by e-mail. You are refunded to your original payment method no later than 14 days after receipt of the return or of proof of its dispatch, standard delivery costs included.

Non-returnable items

In accordance with article L.221-28 of the French Consumer Code: personalised or made-to-measure products, unsealed underwear and hygiene items, gift cards.

Legal guarantees

All items benefit from the legal guarantee of conformity (art. L.217-3 and following, two years) and the guarantee against hidden defects (art. 1641 and following of the French Civil Code). A defective product is taken back or refunded.
