Consumer ombudsman
If no solution is found, you may refer the matter free of charge to the consumer ombudsman we come under:

cnpm-mediation-consommation.eu
Two conditions must be met: having first sent a written complaint to our customer service, and referring the matter to the ombudsman within a maximum of one year from that complaint.
European platform
The European online dispute resolution (ODR) platform ceased operating on 20 July 2025, pursuant to Regulation (EU) 2024/3228, which repealed Regulation (EU) No 524/2013. It can therefore no longer be used and the obligation to refer to it no longer exists.
Legal remedies
Using mediation does not deprive you of any right to take legal action. As a consumer, you may bring proceedings either before the court of the place where you lived when the contract was concluded, or before that of the place where the damage occurred (article R.631-3 of the French Consumer Code).
