Yes. Every item benefits from the legal guarantee of conformity (two years, art. L.217-3 and following) and the guarantee against hidden defects. If a piece has a defect, we take it back or refund it.

Bank card (Visa, Mastercard, American Express), Apple Pay and Google Pay, via our secure provider Stripe. All payments are SSL-encrypted and protected by 3D Secure.

A confirmation e-mail is sent right after the purchase, then a second one with the tracking number as soon as the order is dispatched. Remember to check your spam folder.

Orders are prepared within 24 to 48 working hours. After that: Standard 8 to 12 working days, Fast+ 3 to 5 working days, Express++ 2 to 3 working days.

Standard delivery is free, with no minimum spend. Fast+ is €6.99 and becomes free from €110 spend; Express++ is €9.99 and becomes free from €280 spend.

A tracking number is sent to you by e-mail as soon as the order is dispatched. You can also track your order from your customer account.

Yes. The law provides for fourteen days; we give you 30 days from receipt. The item must be unworn, unwashed, with its original tags and packaging.

No. Return costs are covered by us throughout the European Union: we send you a prepaid label.

Clothing in XS to XXL, shoes in European sizes (40, 41, 42…). If in doubt, write to us: we will advise you on the right size for the model.

Linen and cotton: gentle wash at 30°. Suede: brush + waterproofing spray. Leather: soft cloth and nourishing cream. Keep away from direct light and damp.
