Delivery

All orders are prepared and dispatched within 24 to 48 working hours. We deliver to the 27 countries of the European Union.

Delivery methods

Standard — free, with no minimum spend. Delivery in 8 to 12 working days.
Fast+ — €6.99, free from €110 spend. Delivery in 3 to 5 working days.
Express++ — €9.99, free from €280 spend. Delivery in 2 to 3 working days.

The method chosen and its price are shown before the final confirmation of your order.

Order tracking

A confirmation e-mail with a tracking number is sent to you as soon as the order is dispatched. You can track your parcel at any time from your customer account.

Maximum time frame and risk

In accordance with article L.216-1 of the French Consumer Code, delivery takes place no later than thirty days after the conclusion of the contract. Risk transfers on physical delivery of the parcel (art. L.216-4).
